History
Established in 2045 B.S., Himalaya School & College is one of Nepal's rapidly growing co-educational academic institutions, dedicated to delivering quality education in a peaceful, disciplined, and competitive learning environment. Over the years, the institution has earned the trust of students, parents, and the wider community through its commitment to academic excellence, outstanding SEE results, experienced faculty, and student-centered approach to education.
Driven by increasing confidence from guardians, students, and well-wishers, the institution expanded its academic journey in 2056 B.S. by introducing +2 (Higher Secondary) programs in Science, Management, Humanities, and Law. These programs were established with the vision of nurturing capable, responsible, and future-ready graduates through holistic learning and academic excellence.
Continuing its mission of empowering students through higher education, Himalaya School & College introduced Bachelor's programs in BBS (Bachelor of Business Studies), BA (Bachelor of Arts), and BSW (Bachelor of Social Work) under the affiliation of Tribhuvan University (TU) in 2064 B.S. These programs have enabled thousands of students to pursue quality undergraduate education while preparing for successful professional careers.
Further strengthening its position as a leading higher education institution in Nepal, the college expanded its academic portfolio with the Master of Business Studies (MBS) program under Tribhuvan University (TU). It also introduced modern and career-focused programs including BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration), B.Sc. CSIT (Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Information Technology), and MBA (Master of Business Administration) under the affiliation of Far Western University (FWU).
