UKG Admission 2083 in Kathmandu

A child should generally be around 3 years old for Nursery, 4 for LKG, and 5 for UKG, with Grade 1 typically starting at age 6. These are approximate benchmarks, and the admissions team may look at a child's readiness alongside age when making a placement decision. Parents unsure which level fits their child are welcome to discuss it directly with the school before applying.

Pre-primary classes focus on early literacy in English and Nepali, basic number sense, rhymes, drawing, and simple environmental awareness. The approach is activity-based rather than exam-heavy, since the goal at this stage is building comfort with school routines and language exposure. Motor skills, group play, and listening habits get as much attention as anything written in a copy.

Any candidate who has completed +2 (or an equivalent qualification) with a minimum grade of D+ in all subjects of Grade 11 and 12 is eligible for admission to the BA, BSW and BBS programs, affiliated with Tribhuvan University.
